This course is for anyone looking to obtain an Ontario hunting licence (Outdoors card).
In this course you will learn about wildlife management, small and large game regulations, game identification, and wilderness survival and first aid.
You must have completed a CFSC (non-restricted) firearms safety course in order to take this course. We are also offering the CFSC together with this course in a “One Stop” format. “CRFSC Only” students must have taken a CFSC course within the previous 12 months and provide proof of completion (Non-restricted PAL, CFSC course report, letter from instructor, etc.).
Student books are available for purchase at the course.
Duration: OHEP is 10 hours. If taken, the separate CFSC is 8 hours and the CRFSC is 4 hours. All times not including exams.
Prerequisite: Previous completion of the CFSC is required, and can be taken with the course in the “One Stop” option.
