Cancellation Request

Use this form to request cancellation or rescheduling of a course. For multiple/group registrations, each participant must make a separate request, regardless of which individual completed the registration and payment.

If you know it, please enter your registration number, invoice number, or payment receipt confirmation number to help us trace any payment.
Please ensure you have reviewed our Registration and Refund Policy. Requests are manually processed and may take 1-4 days to process. If a refund or partial refund is applicable, it will be applied to the original payment method used at the time of registration.
